1) SITE: The Company's quotation assumes the site is:
a) Level and firm ground with easy access for personnel and the equipment.
b) There are no underground drains, pipes, cables and other hidden service
on the site selected. Unless previously indicated, All Occasions Marquee
can not be responsible for Any damage to such items.
c) Similarly, the Company can not be responsible for any damage to the
grass or site on which the Marquee is pitched.
2) WEATHER CONDITIONS: The sidewalls may be removed for the function
but it is essential these are replaced Afterwards and the doors are closed
to protect the Marquee against damage by Winds concentrating under the
roof.
3) PERMITS: The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary
permits for the erection of All Occasions equipment on the site, including
those required by All Occasions Marquee staff to obtain accesses to the
site.
4) LOSS OR DAMAGE: The hirer is wholly responsible for any loss
or damage to the equipment whilst On site or otherwise in the possession of
or under the control of the Hirer arising Out of any cause outside the
direct control of the Company and/or its employees And in the event of any
loss or damage however caused agreed to indemnify the Company for the full
cost of any repair or replacement of the equipment.
5) CANCELLATION OR PREMATURE TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS: In the
event of the hirer desiring to cancel the contract after a firm order has
Been placed, if the cancellation date is 14 days or more prior to the
delivery Date, there will be a charge of 20% of the hire change: if the
cancellation is 3-13 days prior to delivery date, the charge will be 50% of
the hire change And if the cancellation is less than 3 days prior to the
date, full hire change Are due.
6) FORCE MAJEURE: While every effort will be made by the Company
to carry out any order after Accepted, the full performance of it is
subject to variation or cancellation By the Company or its employees.
7) PAYMENT: Prior to, or the time the Marquee is pitched on site.
